Westside Gunn Ft. Benny The Butcher, Conway The Machine “Kool G”

Click-clack.

As Westside Gunn’s preps the release of his Hitler Wears Hermes 7 tomorrow (October 31), he shares the project’s latest offering with his Griselda family over an eerie beat from Daringer.

Inspired by the hardcore rap legend Kool G Rap, the FLYGOD sets off the grimy track brick by brick with a grade A verse. Conway busts the four pound with a hot 16, while Benny recalls his time upstate for the superb ending.

It don’t get harder than this

Posted in 1 on October 27, 2019 by bobbybounce

Yeezus is here.

After a series of delays, Kanye West finally blesses the masses with his ninth studio album, Jesus Is King.

The religious-themed project coincides with the accompanying film, Jesus Is King, now playing in selected IMAX theaters.Dubbed initially as Yandhi, and recorded in Wyoming much like his previous album, Ye in 2018, Jesus Is King draws inspiration from his ongoing weekly gospel-theme performance series, Sunday Service. Presented with 11 tracks, guest features include the Clipse, Kenny G, Ty Dolla $ign, Ant Clemons, the Sunday Service Choir and Fred Hammond.
Since the first Sunday of this year, Kanye has performed gospel arrangements of his discography and other songs with his band and choir, The Samples. In front of a massive cult-like setting, Ye has held his Sunday Services throughout the country including Calabasas, Coachella, Chicago, Wyoming, D.C., Jamaica, and more, with attendances from DMX, KiD CuDi, A$AP Rocky, Tyler, The Creator, and more.
During his interview with Zane Lowe, Kanye announced the follow-up, Jesus Is Born, to arrive on Christmas. Hallelujah!

Jadakiss “Me” #Video

Posted in 1 on October 26, 2019 by bobbybounce

Who the fuck y’all want?

If Jadakiss can sum up his illustrious career in one take, it would look like this new music video, directed by Kid Art.

Accompanied with scenes from the song’s recent short-film, as well as throwback photos of the rapper and friends, Kiss throws on his Beats headphones and breaks down his accomplishments and influences over a few cups of D’USSE. We’ll drink to that.

Dave East Ft. Nas “Godfather 4”

Posted in 1 on October 25, 2019 by bobbybounce

Godfather and Godson.

Ahead of his Survival album’s release on November 8, Dave East makes an offer you can’t refuse with a new track featuring Nas.

Over DJ Green Lantern’s cinematic violins, the Harlem MC embodies a heart of a hustler, while Esco narrates raw street tales and metaphors. This Mass Appeal is a dish best served cold.

Smoke DZA, Benny The Butcher Ft. Westside Gunn “7:30”

Posted in 1 on October 20, 2019 by bobbybounce

You know what time it is.

It’s 7:30 somewhere, and Smoke DZA and Benny The Butcher clock in their time with Westside Gunn for their new video.

With motion photos filtered throughout the clip, DZA and Benny hit blocks and parks of NYC, rapping their introspective bars to Pete Rock’s beat. Westside Gunn checks in backstage from a recent show and delivers his crisp hook.

The feature presentation comes off the heels of Smoke DZA, Benny The Butcher’s Statue of Limitations, produced by Pete Rock.
