The New York State Fair announced five additional artists who will play the free concert series at Chevy Court this year..

The recently added concerts include the pioneering hip-hop trio Salt-n-Pepa, “Hey There Delilah” group Plain White T’s, country singer Jana Kramer of “One Tree Hill,” Disney Channel sitcom star Zendaya and country group Parmalee.

The governor’s office previously announced 14 free acts coming to Chevy Court including Styx, Florida Georgia Line, George Clinton and the Parliament Funkadelic and O.A.R.

Chevy Court traditionally hosts two free concerts on each of the fair’s 12 days. With this morning’s additions, Chevy Court now has 19 of the 24 available slots booked. Among the five remaining slots is the evening show on the fair’s opening night, August 22.

Thus far, the fair’s 2013 grandstand lineup has only six scheduled acts, with a little more than a month before the fair opens. Those acts include Toby Keith, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Luke Bryan, Carly Rae Jepsen, Reba and comedian Jeff Dunham.
